Now--more than ever--Fuck Bush in the Face. Yet again, the administration whips out the "golly-gee-we-never-imagined" defense of its criminally negligent response to yet another disaster.
It's as though he were handed a PDB memo entitled "Hurricane Katrina Determined to Strike in US." Yeah, no incompetence there, either. I suppose warnings like these were just "historical documents," as well, and in no way actionable.
Especially when the victims are largely poor, black, and expendable.
